Family Engagement Month is a national observance held in November to celebrate the crucial role families play in a child's education and development. It aims to strengthen the partnership between families and schools by encouraging activities that support student success, such as attending school events, volunteering, and engaging in learning at home. The month highlights research showing that when families are actively involved, students achieve better academic results, show improved attendance, and develop stronger social-emotional skills.
